All EU and USA orders are sent DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. Price incl. duties and VAT. If the item is returned the DDP taxes already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE delivery to anywhere outside of the EU including AUSTRALIA, USA and NEW ZEALAND may incur additional postal costs. Homeware orders will not be sent to the EU, USA, Australia or New Zealand. Furniture items may incur extra shipping charges within the UK.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the item is unavailable or extra shipping charges are necessary.
